Products
- Product measurements might differ up to 2" from what is provided on the website and it should not be considered as a defect.
- Product colour might differ slightly due to the lightings set in the studio and will not be considered a manufacturing defect.
- For printed designs, placement of prints may differ.
- Strictly non-exchangeable nor refundable for items that are ill-fitting as all items contain a size chart in its description.
Product Images
- If you have purchased from StyleOrbit and wish to resell the product you have bought, you may do so by using our photos.
Product Care
- It is recommended to hand wash all StyleOrbit's products.
- For apparel that has 2 shades of colour or more, do not soak it as colour transfer might occur.
Delivery (Local and International)
- Normal shipping times range from 7-14 days. We urge all customers to be patient as our fulfilment station is located overseas. This is in the interest of reducing our carbon footprint and conserving shipping rates and product prices.
- FREE shipping awarded at checkout is the same as normal shipping and will therefore, take the same estimated amount of time to reach you.
- Express shipping times range from 6-11 days. We are able to offer this as we will be using a different carrier (more costly) to ship your products. However, shipping policies apply and StyleOrbit will not be held responsible under the circumstances listed in our shipping policy.
